Things to do at The Ranch

While just hanging out and enjoying the amenities around Sun Ranch is definitely an amazing option, there are also some “Cosmic Cowboy Extras” that the Ranch offers that can give you an even more magical stay. If you’d like to book one, please have a look at the options below and fill out a form.

  • HORSE RIDES:
    Sun Ranch is the holiday home of Zephyr Horses, Byron Bay’s top equestrian facility. Enjoy a one hour onsite beginner horseback tour meandering along ridge lines and taking in the ranch from a higher perspective. Post ride cool down with a cold can and delicious cowboy board, all included! Grab a picnic blanket from our team and perch up in the sunshine amongst the rolling hills.

    • 1 Hour Group Ride - $299 per person (3-8 people - Riders must be 10+ years old)

    • 1 Hour Private Ride for $799 (1-2 people - Riders must be 8+ years old)


    EQUINE THERAPY:
    Equine-assisted connection is a one-on-one experience with Fliss Rose, where you'll be invited into a quiet, respectful space of authentic connection. You'll explore themes of self-acceptance, safe boundaries, body language and emotional awareness. The horse responds without judgment, offering honest reflection that gently reveals patterns in how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.

    • 1 Hour - $400 per person

  • LUCKY STAR RITUAL:
    Combining a range of energy work, ceremonial cacao and sound healing, this experience has been created to ignite connection, healing and relaxation to compliment your time on the ranch.

    • 1 Hour - $120 per person (minimum 2 people)

    PSYCHIC / ASTROLOGY / TAROT READINGS:

    Deepen your ranch experience with an intuitive reading from our knowledgeable facilitators. Ask for a specific reading or a combination.

    • 1 Hour - $150 per person

  • IN-ROOM MASSAGE

    Truly unwind with a full body massage. A restful pause to bring yourself back into your body.

    • 1 Hour - $200 per person

    • 1.5 Hours - $240 per person.

    IN-ROOM FACIAL:

    Uplift and rejuvenate with an indulgent facial from the comfort of your room. Combining active enzyme exfoliation, a rich Manuka honey mask, Kakadu plum infused mineral mask, and facial massage with tailored herbal infusion and Gua Sha

    • 1 hour - $210

    • 1.5 Hours - $259

  • Join Amanda and her team in this sacred, grounding ceremony. Tea supplied by ‘Cloud Hidden’.

    • 1 hour - $80 per person (minimum 8 people).
